1. The exchange
AsiaCreditForge facilitates confidential matching between buyers and sellers of unused AI and cloud provider credits. We are an intermediary; we do not issue or control the underlying credits, which remain subject to each provider's own terms of service.
2. Verification
Sellers must provide reasonable evidence of credit balance, validity and expiry. We reserve the right to decline or delist any listing that cannot be verified.
3. Settlement
Transfers are conducted under escrow-style settlement. Funds and credits are released only once both parties' obligations are confirmed complete.
4. Forge Studio engagements
Development work delivered through Forge Studio is governed by a separate statement of work agreed prior to the start of any engagement.
5. Fees
A platform fee applies to completed trades, disclosed prior to settlement. Fees vary by provider, volume, and transaction type.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
